Incredible mountain view from my room, perfect for business meetings and relaxation. The owners were kind, providing maps and arranging taxis. Not luxurious, but clean and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is decent and it's too bad it's being well maintained or renovated. It's worth it!
Yes, the ambiance is family oriented and the breakfast is one of the most amazing one I have ever had. Pure lebanese rich delicious breakfast.

I have called and e-mailed the hotel to arrange a pick up car or bus from the airport and I received the conformation via e-mail including the price. We arrived to the airport at the time was given ((there was no car or bus))

The buffet food was very basic, but with good taste.
No information pack in the room about the area or hotel facilities, meal times, etc

This hotel in the mountains offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and some of them have beautiful views of the green mountains. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, providing maps and ordering taxis whenever needed. The location is perfect, close to Beirut but situated in a quiet area, allowing for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of the capital. The breakfast is fantastic, especially the Turkish coffee which is a must-try.
All aspects of this hotel were exceptional.

the desk manager was very helpful and welcoming
the hotel was not at all at the standard that was expected... old furniture and dirty old carpets... although the hotel was built since 1995 as i concluded, but i seemed it was built over 100 years ago, and was never touched for any renovations of building or furniture.

The village is nice but the service wasn't good.
It's an old hotel and the swimming pool is too small and no gym.

We went on a romantic getaway and the view was breathtaking! We loved waking up to the scenery of green mountains every day we stayed there. the location was perfect as it was close to some amazing restaurants and just a short taxi ride away from the city center. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and answering all our questions. Plus, the room was clean and cozy, making us feel right at home.
The food at the hotel wasn't great, with very few options to choose from.
